Who is bisex, loves both men and women. This is already referred to by the suffix "Bi" (= "two"). In a way, bisexuality assumes that there are "only" two genders: Men and women.
However, there are also more and more people who emphasize that the belief that there are multiple genders and the pure meaning of the word bisexuality are not mutually exclusive.
Bisex people had a hard time for a long time also within the LGBTQIA+ community. Among others, there were some homosexual people who accused those affected of not being able to decide.
In the context of various CSDs in the past, the identification of bisexuals within the community was repeatedly pointed out. For those concerned, it is not a matter of "not being able to decide", but rather of finding both men and women attractive.
Bisex - more than "just" a phase
Many people see bisex as a phase of curiosity. This is especially true when young people in their teens come out as bisex.
In the vast majority of cases, however, people are not in a phase but are in the process of discovering their sexual orientation for themselves. And it is precisely this that should be respected not only by parents, but also by those around them.
By the way: Bisex is by no means a "phenomenon" of modern times. Rather, there is evidence that even in ancient times people had bisexual inclinations and lived them out. Orgies with several participants were considered absolutely "normal" in various circles. Furthermore, it can be assumed that bisexual people at that time had to deal with less prejudice than is the case today.
Are people who are bisex unfaithful?
Bisex people are not more or less faithful than people with other sexual orientations. Often there is a prejudice that those who are enthusiastic about both sexes are more likely to cheat, because the "choice" is greater. However, even though sex with a woman can be completely different than sex with a man, this does not mean that every bisex person would be constantly looking for the next sex adventure.
There are quite a few bisexual people who live happily in a monogamous relationship. And: Of course, it is not possible to look at another person's possible bisexuality. This is - as in all other cases - a sexual orientation that is not necessarily outwardly expressed.
Can you sleep with both sexes and still not be bisex?
Whether a person defines himself as bisex or not, is ultimately up to him and his personal assessment.
There are certainly people who are looking for sexual adventures with men and women, but would never say about themselves that they are bisex. This is often not an attempt to protect themselves from discrimination or to separate themselves from the community. Those affected often find sex with both sexes stimulating, but could not imagine entering into corresponding relationships.
Accordingly, the assessment "Bisex or not?" is a question of definition. Or in other words: "Am I bisex if I am looking for a male partner or a female partner? Or am I already bisex if I enjoy erotic adventures with both sexes?".
I love yes the saying a little Bi never hurts. A Bi man is just horny to snatch!!!
I have somehow always been undecided. I also always thought that I should stand only on one sex but since I am a real glutton I have never been satisfied with only one sex. Bi sexual to be great you just enjoy everything that comes up the sexual fantasies so. I love to have threesomes and I suck the other his cock plump and can then watch how he fucks when he is really plump the woman.
@ScorpioCosworth yes, that's awesome. I have a similar story, but I decided to go for the world of men after all. Sorry, but women only ever disappoint you.
I am also bi.
As I had always had bad luck with women, I first got to know the same sex at the age of 17 with my neighbor's son, who was 8 years older, and it wasn't until I was 27, when I still didn't have a girlfriend, that things really got going with him until 2004 (friendship plus). I had known him since the age of 4. I only had my 1st girlfriend from 1992 to Dec. 2003, in parallel.
A little bit of bin never hurts.
Unfortunately, I haven't lived out my inclination in recent years.
Bi never hurts. But I think it's hottest when I get a guy around and I'm his first man
