The Thermos Club Sauna in Freiburg
Thermos Club Sauna Freiburg is a small but cozy gay sauna. It was opened in 1977, which makes it the oldest gay sauna in the entire region. It has a total area of about 250 m² and is spread over two floors.
The club first floor
On the first floor is the reception, where you can get everything for the perfect sauna day. There is also a spacious bar area where you can find a variety of drinks for relaxation, as well as an adjacent smoking area. But not to be forgotten is the wonderful wet area, where the fun really starts. Here, in addition to a cozy communal shower, you'll find the wonderful sauna area, where you can unwind in peace.
The sauna area in Thermos Club
The sauna area in the Thermos Club Sauna Freiburg is beautifully and ultra-modernly furnished and is also equipped with color changing lamps, which make the ambience even cozier. Moreover, it is divided into dry sauna and steam sauna area.
Dry Sauna Area:
Here in the dry sauna area you can find a typical Finnish sauna, which is also the most famous of its kind. It has a temperature of about 90° - 95° and humidity of about 10 %. It is highlighted by its numerous and aromatic infusions that purify the soul and spirit.
Steam Sauna Area:
The inventory of the steam sauna area includes first of all the hamam, which has milder temperatures of about 65° compared to the Finnish sauna, as well as humidity of more than 50 %. Here, instead of lying on a wooden bench, you lie on heated stone benches, which are good for nerves and muscles.
The cruising area on the upper floor
The gay cruising area of Thermos Club Sauna Freiburg is located on the upper floor. Here you will find numerous single and couples cabins as well as relaxation rooms to relax and more. There is also a sling room and a large video room where hot movies run continuously.
