Hot summer even without sweating?

The hot summer is approaching with big steps... and will certainly be damn sexy again this year. But who wants to have to worry about possible sweat stains under the armpits at high temperatures?

Sweating can be unpleasant in many ways. The good news, however, is that there are some tips that can help you fight the stains - and prevent them from occurring in the first place.

If you sweat excessively, it's best to have this briefly checked by a doctor so that physical causes can be ruled out. If the doctor gives the green light, the following tips can often help. No one should have to let their body fluids spoil the flirty mood of summer.

Tip No. 1: Sage tea helps in summer

This is a classic home remedy! Sage is known not only for its characteristic taste, but also for its antiperspirant effect. Many people who sweat often, it helps to drink two to three cups of fresh sage tea a day.

Alternatively, it is also possible to make a poultice with the help of the leaves and place it on the areas that sweat particularly heavily.

Tip No. 2: Apple cider vinegar is the secret tip in the hot summer

Apple cider vinegar can also work wonders against stronger sweating. This is because the liquid causes the sweat glands to contract.

The whole thing is particularly effective when the vinegar is rubbed directly onto the affected areas, for example under the armpits, and given time to act overnight. In the morning, the vinegar can then be easily rinsed off again in the shower without leaving a "residual odor".

Tip No. 3: Avoid alcohol and don't eat too spicy food

It is certainly possible to combat sweating "from the inside" as well. This is especially true if those affected remember which drinks and foods can stimulate sweat production. Absolute classics that all too often cause the unsightly spots are alcoholic beverages and chili or spicy food in general.

Before a promising date, it therefore makes sense to also take a close look at your own diet in order to avoid breaking a sweat in advance.

Tip No. 4: Choose the right clothes for the hot summer

Tips against sweat: So nothing stands in the way of sexy flirts

Some garments are better at hiding sweat than others. For example, if you know that you sweat a lot, you should opt for loose tops on hot days. These provide a pleasant draught of air and offer the emerging sweat significantly less surface for attack.

The color of the tops can also be decisive. On black or white sweat stains are much more difficult to detect than on other colors. So you overcome the hot summer hours without problems.

Last but not least, it is also important to take a look at the materials. Especially on hot days, it can be very uncomfortable to wear nylon or polyester. Here, the unsightly "lakes" under the arms are almost pre-programmed.

Linen proves to be far more practical here.

Tip #5: Shower and groom more often

A reliable deodorant is worth its weight in gold, especially on warm days. Nevertheless, it would definitely be wrong to try to cover up the smell of sweat with it. Especially when the chosen deodorant mainly focuses on odor and less on fighting sweat, unpleasant mixtures of sweat and scent often result.

If you sweat a lot, you should shower both in the morning and in the evening during the hot summer. But do not forget: The water dries out the skin! Therefore, extensive care with the help of lotions and co. is essential.

Moreover, in a way, it is also true not to demonize sweat production completely. After all, a sweaty upper body can be very sexy in some situations - especially when it smells like fresh sweat.
